We had the second batch of Hands On Manila sherpas to train. We held it at Lake Island in Binangonan, Rizal, which was a few minutes from the boundary of Pasig. Located at the middle of the floodway, which is already part of Laguna de Bay, Lake Island provided a welcome respite from city life. In just an hour, the concrete establishments slowly faded from the scenery and was replaced by the beauty of nature.

I saw Mommy Linda, the owner of the place, who was very hands on in taking care of her property. If I have a place like hers, I'd truly be content doing gardening and marveling at the awesome blessing of nature.
